within 30 days of publication of the Notice and comments on the Regulations pursuant to the Companies Act, 2008 are due to be submitted to him by 1 March 2010.
As the Companies Act and Regulations pursuant to the Companies Act directly affect the auditing profession and their clients, registered auditors are urged to submit comments, either to the dti directly or to the IRBA for inclusion in its comments to the dti.
