The need to ensure that the IRBA therefore is similarly equipped has never been greater.” I firmly believe that the quality of the IRBA’s transformation journey depends on the following: • The clarity of our vision; • The ability to execute with precision; and • The shared commitment to work as a collective in restoring our profession to a formidable position.
